Brian has been involved in the financial services industry since 1993. He was the Huntsville managing partner for Bridgeworth until it joined with Savant in 2023. Prior to joining Bridgeworth, Brian was an accountant with one of the four largest global accounting firms. Brian primarily works with those facing life transitions or liquidity events, especially business owners preparing for or finalizing the sale of their business, individuals liquidating shares of their employee-owned companies, and executives, physicians, and others focusing on retirement.

Brian earned a bachelor of science degree in finance and accounting from the University of North Alabama, graduating magna cum laude. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Brian was awarded the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) credential by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is a member of the AICPA and the Financial Planning Association of North Alabama. In 2022, 2023, and 2024, Brian was named to the Forbes’ Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list.

Brian is a member of the Philanthropic Advisors Network of the Community Foundation of Huntsville/Madison County and the Professional Advisors Council of the Hudson Alpha Institute for Biotechnology. He is a member of the Huntsville Rotary Club and a trustee for The Livin’ Room, a volunteer service center where those with needs are honored and aided in a caring, neighborhood-like way. Brian is a deacon at Mayfair Church of Christ and serves as a trustee for Randolph School.

A native of Decatur, AL, Brian played collegiate tennis at UNA. He and his wife Jane reside in Huntsville with their children, Emma and Andrew. They enjoy traveling, playing golf and tennis, and spending time with their dogs, Toby, Henry, and Ollie.
