David is a financial advisor in Savant’s Cedar Rapids and Iowa City, IA offices. He has a membership interest in Savant.
David worked for World Trend Financial from 2015 until it joined with Savant in 2022.
David earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa and a master of science (MS) degree in sports management from American Public University in Charles Town, WV.
David is married to Kara, a speech-language pathologist. They live in Solon, IA and have three children. David and his family returned to Iowa after 11 years overseas, primarily in Australia, where he was a professional basketball player. In his leisure time, David enjoys spending time with friends and family, coaching youth sports, and staying active outdoors. He is also an avid fisherman.
