Jeris is a financial advisor in Savant’s Birmingham, AL office. She has a membership interest in Savant.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Jeris is knowledgeable in all areas of financial planning, including wealth transfer and philanthropy, proactive income and estate tax planning, retirement cash flow projections, retirement income optimization, insurance needs analyses, debt management, and education funding.
Jeris has been involved in the financial services industry since 2007. She was an advisor and then partner with Bridgeworth from 2012 until it joined with Savant in 2023.
In 2022, Jeris received the Outstanding Professional Award from the Alabama Association of Fundraising Professionals. In 2017, she received the Alabama Corporate Leader Award from YP Summit and was named to the Top 40 Under 40 by the Birmingham Business Journal. She received the Charles C. Collat Senior Distinguished Leader award from the Rotaract Club of Birmingham and the Rotary District 6860 Distinguished Leader award.
Jeris is a member of the Rotary Club of Birmingham and co-chairs the membership growth committee for Rotary International. She is a member of the Alabama Leadership Institute class of 2022 and a graduate of the 2011 class of Leadership UAB and the 2010 class of Leadership Shelby County.
Jeris earned a bachelor of arts degree in history with a distinction in leadership studies from Birmingham-Southern College and a masters in philosophy (M.Phil) from Trinity College at the University of Dublin, Ireland.
Jeris and her husband Jordan have twin boys, Graham and Hayes. When she isn’t on the soccer field with the twins or working in her vegetable garden, you can find her trying all the delicious culinary treats Birmingham has to offer and traveling the world with her family.
