Julie has been involved in the human resources industry since 1997. Prior to joining Savant, she was the director of human resources for a large manufacturer in Rockford. She also served as the HR manager and HR director for two other global manufacturing companies.
Julie earned a bachelor of science degree in business management from Cardinal Stritch University and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification. She and her husband Andy have two children, Ethan and Macy. They enjoy spending time with their family and friends, swimming, grilling, playing bags, euchre, traveling, and laughing a lot. She also enjoys running and yoga to clear her mind and decompress.
