Michelle has been involved in the financial services industry since 1989. She was the CEO of Source Financial Advisors until it joined with Savant in 2024.

Michelle is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® (CDFA®). She navigates clients through complex, sensitive, and critical financial topics and issues. A pioneer in the field of financial divorce matters, Michelle has been committed to helping thousands of women understand their financial options as they navigate divorce. She is a passionate advocate for women’s financial literacy and founded Wife2CFO for women who want to take control of their financial future.

Michelle is a regular contributor to national and financial media and co-authored the book, Divorce & Your Finances, for Wachovia Securities financial advisors. She is co-founder of The IDEAL School of Manhattan, an independent school in NYC that she created in part for her son who has Down syndrome. The IDEAL School was the first and remains the only Inclusion K-12 independent school in NYC. Michelle’s relentless pursuit of creating an equal and transparent playing field for women with their money and children and their education is a personal and professional constant.
