2014 Barron’s Top 100 Independent Financial Advisors: This annual ranking published in August 2014 weighed numerous factors to be considered for this recognition. Advisors who wish to be ranked fill out a 102 question survey about their practice. Barron’s verifies the data of the advisory firms and with regulatory databases to apply rankings formula to the data to generate the ranking. Savant did not pay a fee to be included in this 3rd party rating.

2009 Chicago Magazine Top Independent Financial Advisor: This annual ranking published in 2009 focused on nominees selected from securities firms, banks, and other financial companies; reviewed internal compliance records, customer satisfaction data, and client retention rates and conducted in-depth interviews with the advisers themselves, by phone and in person. The advisers excel at bringing order to their clients’ financial affairs, managing the risk in their portfolios, and mapping strategies to meet their long-term financial goals. Savant did not pay a fee to be included in this 3rd party rating.

2017 Forbes Top 250 Wealth Advisors: This ranking published in September 2017 was developed by Forbes’ partner Shook Research, and is based on in-person and telephone due-diligence meetings and a ranking algorithm for advisors who have a minimum of seven years of experience. They consider client retention, industry experience, compliance records and firm nominations as well as quantitative criteria such as assets under management and revenue generated for their firms. Savant did not pay a fee to be included in this 3rd party rating.

1997-2008 Robb Report Worth magazine’s “The Nation’s 100 Most Exclusive Wealth Advisors: This ranking was published January of 1997-2008 until the survey ended in 2008. The criteria located for this award states they set out to uncover the country’s very best financial advisors, the editors of Worth set out upon a similar search for talented and trustworthy professionals who specialize in the needs of the very wealthy. In a survey of almost 1,000 highly recommended individual financial advisors, the editors uncovered 100 standouts who have built impressive careers guiding sophisticated clients with substantial means.
